Communication

Great outcomes are dependent on good communication. It’s true in every profession. It’s fundamental. Good communication starts before your very first session begins with the Intake Form and your Health History. It continues in the pre-session interview when you tell me about any specific issues you may be having, such as soreness in your shoulders. It also includes just knowing that it’s been a tough couple of weeks and you really just need to release a whole lot of tension. About this blog...

It takes a lot of time and effort to keep a blog current. And because I would rather be helping clients de-stress for better health, I am probably not going to be updating this blog as often as perhaps I ought to. But, no matter, it will be here as a reference so that you can peruse it whenever you want in order to learn more about me, my practice, or the various benefits of massage. I look forward to working with you and bringing some soothing relaxation into your life.
